How do I return an item?

We have a 30 Day full money back return policy. If you feel that you would like to return your product/s please contact us for an RA#. You will have to pay for shipping cost. Please contact customer service for more information on returning an item.

RETURN POLICY:
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on our self defense items*. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request to return an item(s) within 30 days of the date of your invoice for a refund or exchange. If you would like a refund, we will do so NO QUESTIONS ASKED, for the cost of the items (shipping is not refunded). If you would like an exchange, you will be charged for shipping the item(s) back to you, in addition to any difference in cost (if an even exchange, only shipping charges will apply). If we owe you for an exchange of lesser value, we will apply that as well.

In the unlikely event you receive an item that has been damaged during shipment or has a manufacturers defect, we will of course replace the item or refund your money, including shipping costs to and from, right away. These types of issues fall under our warranty. More information on our warranty is below.

To make an easy and quick process, all we ask from you when making a return is to contact us for our return instructions, which are pretty easy. Make sure to keep any and all packaging, instructions, and accessories that came with the item. If you are unable to return the item as such, we will be able to give you an in store credit only. All returns need to be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. To do so, please send an email to customerservice@deluxesafety.com (or you can call us at (805) 905-1280) requesting an RMA Number, and let us know your invoice or order number, the item(s) you are returning, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. We will provide you with further instructions on proceeding with returning an item(s), including the address to send the item(s) to, in a response email or on the phone if you choose to call your request in.



*SPECIAL RETURN POLICY for DVD'S:
We are unable to issue refunds for returned DVD's. If you are not happy with your DVD, you may still return it, but you will receive in store credit only.
