Brian has managed and led operations with a focus on Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and Security (QHSES) management. His expertise in implementing QHSES management systems and leading teams in audits, inspections, and incident investigations underscore his commitment to a safe and compliant workplace.

In his accomplished career, Brian has designed and implemented numerous HSE and HR programs at international levels. His expertise extends to adult learning principles, instructional design, e-learning, virtual training, and blended learning. Brian has consistently played a key role in designing and delivering effective training and development programs. Brian excels in conducting market research, analyzing data, and creating business plans.

Business Operations Manager

With over five years of experience in HR and HSE roles, Tom specializes in integrating safety compliance across diverse sectors, including oilfield, earthworks, security, and corporate environments.

At Deluxe Safety, Tom leverages his proficiency in HSE compliance systems, such as ISN, ComplyWorks, and Avetta, to ensure that our team stays ahead in maintaining accurate records and preparing timely reports on HSE audits, incidents, inspections, and training. His commitment to continuous improvement is a driving force that aligns seamlessly with our mission.

In his role as Business Operations Manager, Tom focuses on monitoring and optimizing daily functions, building processes tailored to our business goals, and measuring the efficiency of systems and procedures across various areas, including business development, finances, marketing, and more.
